What is your plan for out of hours care?
If your pet is sick and presents to us during our opening hours or has undergone surgery with us, we will make every effort to keep them on site. We will provide continuous care with a vet or nurse at our clinic as long as this is clinically appropriate.
For new calls outside of our opening hours we are partnering with our colleagues at Vets Now.
Will you be offering a Health Plan?
Yes! You can join 'The Hadleigh Pet Club'. Some of the pet club benefits are:
-
Annual Core Vaccinations
-
No More Fleas, Ticks are worms with the most effective treatments
-
10% discounts on dentistry and food
-
6 monthly health check with our exceptional nursing team
-
50% discount on Kennel Cough Vaccination
How experienced are you?
We have both held senior vet or director positions in practice before starting The Hadleigh Vets. Jo qualified fourteen years ago and Jess qualified seven years ago, so just over 20 years experience between us in first opinion practice.
We also hold additional postgraduate qualifications - Jo in Ophthalmology and Jess in Emergency and Critical Care, meaning we also offer an advanced level of veterinary care in these fields.
What if I have pet insurance?
We are happy to accept direct pet insurance claims, subject to seeing your pet insurance policy details and full medical history. We do not change administration fees for processing pet insurance claims. If your pet insurance company decline your claim you will need to settle your account.
