Client Care Coordinator
We are a proudly independent practice, blending clinical excellence with heartfelt, individualised care. Our team is a close‑knit mix of certificate‑holding vets, brilliant experienced nurses, and the friendliest client care coordinators you will ever meet. What to expect:
A varied, rewarding role at the heart of the practice
Warm, daily interaction with clients and their pets
Booking appointments, managing phone and online enquiries, and greeting clients with confidence
Maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and supporting the clinical team with excellent communication
Dispensing medications, managing Pet Club memberships, and assisting with stock takes
Full‑time position (inc. 1:4 Satuday mornings) with no out‑of‑hours work
Private healthcare and funded CPD
Who we are looking for:
Prior veterinary reception experience (essential)
Exceptional communication skills and a calm, compassionate manner
Strong attention to detail and confidence multitasking in a busy environment
A team‑player who enjoys helping people and solving problems

Registered Veterinary Nurse
Are you a passionate, proactive RVN who believes that continuity of care, gentle handling, and genuine teamwork make all the difference for pets, clients, and colleagues? If so, you might be exactly who we are looking for.
We are a proudly independent practice, blending clinical excellence with heartfelt, individualised care. Our team is a close‑knit mix of certificate‑holding vets, brilliant experienced nurses, and the kindest client care coordinators you will ever meet. We value teamwork, enthusiasm, curiosity, and cake!
What to expect:
A great mix of medical, surgical and inpatient cases
Use and develop strong triage, schedule three and client communication skills
Work closely with supportive certificate holders and experienced team members who value continuity of care and excellent standards
Usual and advanced kit: digital x‑ray, hospital‑grade ultrasound, dental x‑ray, in‑house laboratory, CT, laparoscopic kit, endoscopy
Full‑time position (40 hour week) with 1:4 Saturday morning rota (with time off in lieu the following week)
OOH responsibilities: no new calls taken overnight but nurse to stay on site if we have inpatients (with vet support as needed)
